Glenn Hallam joined the KFP team in March 2015, to help head up, develop & grow the existing KFP helpdesk service delivered out of our HQ in Abingdon. Glenn has spent over 15 years working within the IT sector, and has brought in a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business with regards to IT helpdesk functions. Throughout his career in IT, Glenn has worked in 1st & 2nd line helpdesk positions – delivering the very service he is here to manage. Glenn also has hands on experience managing IT project installations, and for the past 5 years has moved into helpdesk management where in previous roles he has developed, structured and managed helpdesk functions. Glenn also likes to maintain a hands on approach, so don’t be surprised if he answers the phone to assist with an issue!
When Glenn is not hands on with our helpdesk, he enjoys watching football and also likes to challenge himself on the golf course.
