Mark joined KFP in August 2020 as Chief Operating Officer to support business operations and expand KFP’s product offering in the field of Data Center Services delivering a comprehensive lifecycle of the data centre services from design-build, construction, operation and maintenance, through to IT Consulting Services offering Cloud and Colocation outsourced solution.
With over 25 years global experience in the IT industry Mark has specialised in the field of Data Center design, build and operations mainly concentrated on Europe, Middle East and Africa, delivering highly reliable business-critical datacentre infrastructure. With extensive background and credentials in the detailed aspects of designing and operating data centres, including consultancy and senior technical leadership roles for global colocation, cloud and managed hosting service providers.
Mark is also highly experienced in commercial aspects and combines technology know-how with a practical approach on advice and guidance on varying technology, infrastructure and commercial contract matters for clients ranging from start-up and growing businesses to government sectors, consultants and major suppliers of and buyers of IT services. Additionally, Mark has the ability to engage and negotiate with global investors for development projects.
When Mark is not looking at the next innovative concepts for the delivery of carbon-neutral data centres you can find him down the ‘bridge’ following Chelsea where his brother took him to his first match back in 1970, and he has never looked back being a season ticket holder for as long as he can remember and proudly a Chelsea Pitch Owner.
