As a “No Deal” Brexit becomes even more of a likely reality, KFP would like to reassure all of our customers that we are ready for any scenario.
KFP took the decision to be proactive and just over two years ago, we created a European presence. I visited sites in France, the Netherlands and Ireland to see which best suited our needs and those of our customers, and eventually settled for Dublin, as it is the closest to UK law, therefore preventing any legal disruption to your operation. By doing this, we are able to keep our overheads down and ultimately, your price as a customer down.
We successfully opened our Dublin office last month, and over the next couple of weeks, we are pleased to say that dual stock levels will be available in both of our office locations (Dublin & Oxford) to cater for all SLA contracts from 4-hour to Next Business day.
The cost of this investment has not been passed onto you. Instead, we have invested over £250,000 of our own capital in our Dublin operation, including the building, stock and members of staff to run it.
Regardless of any political scenario, this is an interesting time for KFP. We have grown to over 9.5M in only a couple of years, have expanded throughout Europe and acquired new customers. The last few months have been nothing but positive for our business.
We are in a fantastic position to offer our Retail IT Support Services to even more customers in the Retail sector.
We believe that with over 3 years of notice, there is no excuse not to be ready for Brexit and have something in place, and this is the line we have taken for our business.
