Understanding the full scope of your project

Once we have fully understood the specification and the requirements of your new store rollout project, the project team will then plan all aspect of the project with your timescales in mind.

Your deployment programme
Our project management team will prepare a detailed deployment programme mapping out the entire process, from project initiation documentation including installation procedures and build instructions and sign-off documentation.
Formal feedback procedures (reporting, conference calls and meetings) are agreed, as well as collaboration for working with any other parties involved.

Whether your retail stores require new POS systems, self-checkouts, touchscreen displays, integrated interactive kiosks or a new fleet of receipt printers, we can help you source and install in your new store.

Server room deployments
Key to any successful IT deployment within a new store is an effective server room. It is imperative that any central server room environment is fully serviceable, manageable and resilient. KFP have extensive experience & understanding working in server rooms, and all associated networking, cable management, power requirements & routing and telco needs to ensure a robust and reliable IT core.

Networking
Whether there is a requirement for local, wide or wireless networking, you can be sure that KFP is equipped with the correct services and experience. As a CISCO Select Partner, we are able to provide design, supply and implementation of end to end networks to seamlessly connect your users to the network, across the internet to campus or head office locations.

2 weeks left before opening your new store, no telco line, what do you do?
When you work with us, we plan ahead. We have the ability to deliver day-one connectivity via our partners Cradlepoint.
By providing you with day-one connectivity to new retail store, which doesn't yet have its fixed-line installed – we enable you to continue with your store opening deadline and ensure your new store is up and running as quickly as possible. This same 4G LTE connection can also later be converted to a failover solution, keeping locations online and running even if issues arise in the future with the primary connection.
