In need of a technology change in-store?
Once we have fully understood the specification and your new technology requirements in-store, our leading project team plan the implementation phase with minimal disruption to current trading within a feasible timescale.
The project management team then prepare installation procedures, build instructions and sign-off documentation. Formal feedback procedures (reporting, conference calls and meetings) are agreed, as well as collaboration mechanisms for any other parties involved.
