OUR SENIOR MANAGEMENT TEAM
John MossFounder & CEO
John is our Founder & Chief Executive Officer who has over 20 years experience running IT businesses in the retail sector.
Steve ChambersHead of Sales & Marketing
Steve joined KFP in September 2014, having previously spent over 15 years in the IT industry primarily in commercial environments.
Glenn HallamHead of Customer Solutions
Glenn joined KFP in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry specialising within Retail IT for the last 7.5 years.
A great problem solver with outstanding attention to detail, Glenn’s extensive experience in Helpdesk technical support, IT operations, project management and Pre-sales help the team deliver state-of-the-art solutions to the Retail IT sector. He has helped grow the KFP brand over the years and has excellent relationships with customers and is devoted to delivering what they need.
Outside of work Glenn likes spends time with his three children, walking his Great Dane and watching all football especially Arsenal who he supports.
Amy DayHead of Projects
Amy joined KFP in 2021 and has worked in Retail IT for over 18 years. Always loving a challenge, Amy is involved in all things Projects; detail, structure and processes – continually masterminding quality deliveries and exceptional service, although she says that it is fundamentally all down to good teamwork.
In addition to life at KFP, Amy proudly supports her rugby playing son (claiming to also be his number one fan!) and has the fluffiest German shepherd dog known to mankind, thankfully she also loves walking around her local, beautiful Welsh mountains.
Chloe ThompsonHead of Human Resources
Chloe has overall responsibility for the HR, recruitment and office management functions across all of the KFP locations.
Prior to working at KFP, Chloe worked in a variety of HR roles in the higher education, automotive and medical sectors in the UK and in Australia, having graduated with a master’s degree in human resource management from the University of Portsmouth.
Outside of KFP, Chloe enjoys spending time with friends and family, and is always planning her next holiday!
David AllenMarketing Manager
David has extensive B2B and B2C marketing experience, mostly in the automotive sector, having worked primarily for Audi UK for the past 11 years.
Prior to this, David also worked in the consumer electronics industry where his first claim to fame was establishing the Denon hi-fi brand in the UK.
When not at work, David keeps himself busy taxiing his four children around, while also being an ardent hands-on motoring enthusiast, cook and emergent sustainability supporter!
Phil EdwardsOperations Manager
Phil joined KFP in early 2022 bringing with him over 20 years’ experience in logistics, production and running international field service teams in various industries.
Phil’s responsibilities are split between warehousing, equipment staging and managing the team of engineers across all sites. He has been tasked with continually improving and streamlining internal processes while also building upon KFP’s already industry leading customer service.
Away from the office, Phil spends most of his time helping coach both of his son’s junior football teams and looks forward to his annual Snowboarding holiday.
Rob Childs - Zebra Technologies
KFP is an approved value-added reseller of Zebra Technologies meaning they can deliver the latest printing, scanning and RFID technology and services to their retail customers. Zebra work in partnership with KFP to provide their customers with powerful and innovative solutions, including scanning solutions for data capture, hand-held devices and the latest printing technology.
