Defining KFP - A series of key words explaining what we do, our values and what defines KFP! (Cont.)

KFP Blog - July 12, 2023

Our recent use of Wordcloud graphics on our stand at the RTS 2023 show resulted in comments like “I didn’t know you do that” and “that’s really useful to know”. It therefore makes sense to explain what these key words represent to us at KFP.

Accreditation - What this means to us:

Accreditation ensures that the services KFP deliver are backed up with recognised process and quality assurances. We have always based our work on stringent standards and achieving various accreditations like ISO 9001, SafeContractor approval, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS compliance both recognises and demonstrates our dedication and commitment to quality and meeting our customers’ needs. Additionally, KFP partner with multiple leading IT vendors to provide a wide range of products & solutions – Accreditation of our technical team has been achieved and is maintained by continual training & qualification achievement.

Configuration - What this means to us:

KFP have supported some of the largest retailers in fashion, hospitality and convenience. Specialising in a full IT infrastructure support service providing expertise in store planning, IT network design, hardware build and configuration. As required, set up and pre-configuration takes place at our secure warehousing facilities so that all testing and pre-configuration is completed before EPOS hardware is shipped to site.

Deployment - What this means to us:

Our dedicated project management team skilfully construct tailor-made project plans and deployment programmes to take into consideration all aspects of planning – From Procurement, Configuration & build, Installation and Project sign off to on-going Technical support. All of this is designed to provide our customers with a completely comprehensive IT service.

Testing - What this means to us:

KFP has extensive experience in the installation, configuration and testing of equipment. We test and configure all hardware and devices in our dedicated and secure caging areas with our experienced team of professionals. We always carry out thorough pre-testing on all devices before dispatch to site for installation. We also carry out post-installation testing to ensuring all devices are fully working before we sign off the project. This is one of the ways that we ensure customers projects are a success from start through to completion.
