Hot on the heels of the announcement of our new facility near Ingolstadt, Germany, we are pleased to be celebrating the 10th Anniversary of KFP Total IT Solutions on the 10th October, 2023 of when our Founder & CEO took ownership of the brand.
John Moss, Founder & CEO of KFP Total IT Solutions commented “It’s amazing how quickly the time has flown past – As a specialist IT Solutions and Service provider we still have so many plans to further develop our business and service offerings to our customers in the retail, hospitality and convenience sectors . . . and beyond!”.
The business has seen enviable growth over the last 10 years, with numerous achievements and milestones since its incorporation as KFP Total IT Solutions on 10th October 2013. Before this, some 20 years of industry knowledge and experience were amassed from the original KFP business founded in the 90’s.
From humble beginnings with four members of staff and a vision and ambition to take the company in a new direction, KFP Total IT Solutions now operates across Europe with additional offices in Wales, Ireland, The Netherlands and Germany with a turnover of circa. £17m (FY2022/23).
“We started out with two customers, four staff and a director’s loan”, commented John Moss. “Today I am proud of what we have achieved, the team we have built and the way that we have been able to develop without erring from our founding ethos and standards. The icing on the cake must be how our client base has grown significantly, yet we still continue to work hand-in-hand with our two founding customers – This tells me that we must be doing something right!”.
“While I will take time to reflect on what has been achieved, our clients, partners and loyal workforce – We must not take our eye off the ball as we continue to support and expand our back-office operations into mainland Europe. One of my priorities is ensuring that our customers continue to receive market leading service levels whether it’s from our IT support Helpdesk, our new fully featured Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform – KFP 365, or for refitting stores, project management services and our warehousing and logistics capabilities”.
